we were there for 6 days, everything was exceptional, truly enjoyed its great location close enough to the beach and restaurants, a peaceful area and the main restaurants. a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was brilliant.

Large rooms with comfy beds and extremely helpful staff, everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was not far from a nicely tended garden with a bar/pool that both looked good, the Lamai beach, and a peaceful area.

We have stayed here before and would return anytime, lovely little and incredibly beautiful hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff made our stay very nice!

Incredibly beautiful hotel located near to the market, the bar/restaurant and the beach and restaurants. Fairly quiet, huge units provided with a big balcony as well as comfy beds. Very clean pool, great location to the nightlife of Lamai.

The hotel was located really close to a taxi and the island. A wide range of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. The property location was marvellous near the beach. Also, Lamai Viewpoint was easily accessible, set only 1 km away.

The property's location was particularly good, to see on the island. The staff members were all affable, the rooms were nicely furnished with a big balcony and comfy beds plus a lovely balcony view;))

The air conditioning is powerful, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a refreshing drink from the mini fridge in the room.

During my stay, I was impressed with the spacious and clean room which had comfortable bedding and powerful aircon. The location was relaxing and away from the noisy parts of town. The gardens were luscious and well-maintained, and the pool area felt like a complete oasis. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple yet tasty. The staff was attentive and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One issue was the distance to the beach, which may be a concern for individuals who don't have private transportation.

The breakfast options were quite repetitive, but the quality was good. It would have been better if there were more variety, maybe a couple of different options to choose from. , adding some vegetables like tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumber would have been nice. On a different note, one of the local staff members was a bit rude when we were trying to explain how we wanted our eggs. It was a minor issue, but it created unnecessary friction.

When I arrived, there was a taxi/in-house massage lady who assisted with transfers. She was very pleasant, so I hired her for a day trip around the island.

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family from the get-go. The pool was definitely a highlight, providing a refreshing way to beat the heat and relax after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the nearby beach was stunning. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious!

The bathrooms were a bit cramped and could use some updating, but it was still usable. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it wasn't a big deal as we were mostly out and about.

The location was perfect, being just a short distance from the main road, allowing for a quiet night's sleep but still close enough to easily access the vibrant action. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Wirason Residence provided great value for my money.
